Team Building

What would your workplace be like if you worked on a high performing team? A productive team environment contains an atmosphere of trust and its individual team members invest in the team through their actions and attitudes. They are respectful, caring, and cooperative. These high functioning teams are the mechanism by which organizations can unlock world-class results and they need to be intentionally built. Our team building programs provide a proven path. 

Experiential team building initiatives (not to be confused with ‘team recreation’) provide fun, low risk opportunities for participants to learn and apply their skills and knowledge to everyday situations, increasing transference of newly gained skills to the workplace. Grounded in Organizational Learning Theory, our team building activities offer accurate metaphors for the work environment providing opportunities to increase self awareness and to discover how teammates think, work and behave - an absolute necessity for a high performance team. 

The behaviors we see in these activities will be the same behaviors we see in important jobs at work. Action learning methodology gives each person and the team a chance to examine their behaviors to see if they are effective, as well as an opportunity to try on new behaviors without having to face real world consequences. This is difficult to do at work in real time when so much rides on having a positive outcome. 

Since no two teams are alike, all our team building programs are customized so as to provide the best results possible. Our programs are presented in many formats so as to accommodate the needs of your team and can be focused on a wide variety of topics, such as leadership, change management, conflict, communication or trust, to name just a few possibilities. They can also include assessments such as the Myers Briggs Temperament Indicator, the BarOn EQ-i or other assessments which can provide additional learning.   So…what high performance challenge is your team facing?

Charity Team Building

Every day brings a demand for organizations to accomplish more with fixed resources. With team building events designed to give back to your community, you can meet that challenge. 

Our Team Building events are designed to benefit a charity of your choice while building your team at the same time. This program provides real help with the organizational issues you identify by having small teams work together on various challenges to earn the necessary items to build a product and create and demonstrate a marketing campaign for the product. 


At the end of the program, the completed items, such as bicycles, wagons, or bears, are donated to a local charity. Your organization may also choose to create “Care” packages that are mailed to military personnel stationed overseas. Imagine building a bike for a child or sending a “Care” package to express your appreciation to a service member as the mode to build your team!   For many children, this may be the first bike they have ever received.   For military personnel, your “Care” package may be exactly what they need to rejuvenate themselves while serving in a very difficult mission.
