The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® is a self-report instrument that helps to identify an individual's personality preferences, and is one of the most widely used personality instruments in the world.

  • MBTI is used by 89 companies of the Fortune 100.
  • Over two million Indicators are completed each year throughout the world.
  • MBTI is used internationally and has been translated into more than 16 languages.
  • Hundreds of studies have proven the MBTI to be both reliable and valid.
  • The MBTI is composed of four dichotomies:  introversion-extroversion, sensing-intuiting, thinking-feeling and judging-perceiving.

Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step I: Profile or Interpretive Report 

  • Provides results and analysis of personality type based on the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
