Leadership Learning Community

This class will meet once a month for 9 months. The class will be composed of people that are not in the same company or have the same area of expertise, so that a noncompetitive, safe environment can be created for sharing and learning. In each meeting, a different leadership topic will be explored through various methods such as lecture, discussion of real time issues, reading, research and exercises. By engaging in ‘homework’ between meetings, a network of peers can be created that can provide support even after the ‘informational’ aspect of the class has been completed.

Course Duration:  9 monthly – 3 to 4 hour meetings
