Creating a Culture of Commitment and Accountability ​

Participants will learn and practice using specific speech acts, such as requests, promises, and offers. The speech acts will then be used in the Cycle of the Promise, a model used to coordinate the actions needed to achieve a desired result. Using speech acts properly in conjunction with the Cycle of the Promise creates a culture of commitment and accountability in the organization.
